Individually and/or Any Combination would cause this issue...What if you're doing all ten? Holy Smokes....
I love that list Annikan, did you make it up impromptu or what? I'm impressed.

4) is the most obvious one.

9) is the only time "crossing the line" is acceptable, because you are still On Plane.

I think there was a time when I did all ten!

I'm still working on 1), 3) and 5)

Can you please make a list of reasons of how a club at the top can get "laid off"? Some will be mere opposites of this list...but not all.

You're right....just the opposite list would do fine..would you do the honors for that list....It's your Play....You're Away!!!
