One really noticable big issue is this.

In my backswing I start out taking it back and cupping the right wtist as the first move back, so far so good. But from there untill my hands get past, not at but past, hip high, no wrist cocking or elbow bending is going on. when my hands are at nine oclock my club head is not even at ten oclock, To be precise it is at about 9:42. what issues might this cause, and how should I fix it.

Also, I read in hogans book how when he waggled he wanted his right elbow to touch his ribs, does this aid in the folding of the right elbow, and could someone elaborate on this move?
The move you describe sounds a bit like Nicklaus and his float loading action.

This can be very effective, however you must play a fade using that approach IMO, and generally you'd want a fairly steep plane angle.

You may want to check your right forearm position in a mirror, chances are it is too high at address (your right wrist is not 'level') or your shoulders are open.

Check your flying wedges and your wrist positions at impact fix.
