OK, I am starting over. I think I put too much garbage in my original post.

I read in the Little Yellow Book that you never start the swing from impact fix except under special circumstances. I could not find an explanation of why I should not start from impact fix or what the special circumstances are. It seems to help me hold the FLW and bent right wrist through impact when I start from impact fix.

Does anyone have some explanation of how adjusted address helps? References from the book would be appreciated, too.
